If you want to be part of our growth voyage, in which we operate with a global network of subsidiaries, sales and service offices, and more than 550 employees worldwide, then the position Spare Parts Coordinator could be the possibility for you.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Spare Parts Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for a defined customer group and handle quotations and orders for these customers and make a close follow-up on these.

The ideal candidate should possess attention to detail and problem-solving skills, along with a strong ability to work independently, and handle the customer's needs on a high level. Candidates should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

  • Process quotes and orders for spare parts and follow up internally and with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Eagerness of completing various tasks within customer service and internal sales of spare parts
  • Having day-to-day responsibility of a defined group of customers
  • Working together with close colleagues in USA, Italy, and Denmark
  • It is crucial that you thrive with a large interface and can ensure that customers receive a completely unique service.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Internal Sales)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent within business support
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Technical flair.
  • Advanced troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
