The world’s leading manufacturer of ice cream machines is looking for an Internal Sales Engineer
Do you have a strong technical background, and can you ensure that customers experience high quality and satisfaction in the delivery of products from Gram Equipment? At Gram equipment, you will have the opportunity to utilize your potential and the company’s global customer base. You will be a part of a total of 8 people with reference to the Global Head of Internal Sales Engineering
You will be responsible for supporting the technical sales efforts for the sellers as well as for the company’s customers. You will participate in customer meetings together with the sales manager and help to ensure that the customers get the right solution, and that the product is delivered in the right quality, at the right time and at the agreed price.
Based on the company’s tender process as well as the customer’s needs and challenges, you will be preparing tender material. As an Internal Sales Engineer, you are responsible for managing this process and taking the lead in a tender team.
Furthermore, it is your task to maintain price lists and optimize the company’s tender material to create a greater degree of automation in the long term.
There will be approx. 10-15 travel days per year.
Qualifications and Competencies
The job requires you to be able to familiarize yourself with the customer’s needs and challenges. Therefore, we expect you to either have a higher technical education as an engineer, or another relevant technical education combined with a minimum of three years’ experience from a function with customer contact and sales of technical products.
It is a big advantage if you have previously worked with process equipment in the food industry.
You are further expected to have experience with autocad 2D
The company language is English, which you are expected to master both in writing and speaking.
It is an advantage if you can handle German and/or Spanish both in writing and speaking.

You are proactive and visionary and at the same time work structured and organized with an ability to complete tasks. Your colleagues describe you as flexible, cooperative and a good sparring partner.
