As our IT Specialist, you will be part of a global IT function supporting users and infrastructure across all Gram Equipment entities. Your work will directly impact productivity, security, and operational stability.
You’ll help ensure that our systems run reliably and securely—whether you’re supporting end-users, maintaining network infrastructure, or contributing to global IT initiatives.
Your ability to combine technical expertise with a strong service mindset will be essential in enabling colleagues worldwide to work efficiently and without disruption.
What you will be doing
You’ll work across a broad range of IT disciplines—no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:
User Support – 1st and 2nd level (Major focus area)
- Providing technical support to end-users globally, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Handling service requests and incidents to ensure high user satisfaction and minimal business disruption.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
IT Operations
- Supporting the administration and maintenance of server environments (physical and virtual).
- Administration af Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Azure Administration (Users, Roles, etc.)
- Support og development of Power Platform Apps
- Client management og deployment via SCCM
- Performing routine maintenance such as updates, patches, and backups.
- Contributing to documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
- Monitoring security related incidents and identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve infrastructure issues.
Global Collaboration & Projects
- Working closely with IT colleagues and stakeholders across regions and time zones.
- Supporting global IT initiatives and projects with technical expertise.
- Communicating with users to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.

You are a structured and solution-oriented IT professional with a strong service mindset. You thrive in an international environment and enjoy turning technical complexity into practical solutions.
We imagine you bring:
- A solid understanding of IT operations, user support, and network infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
- Experience with network technologies and vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto).
- Experience with ITSM(e.g. Jira)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and confident communication skills in English (Danish is an advantage).
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
