We are looking for an international coordinator (maternity cover) for our International Office.
We are looking for a new colleague for our International Office - working primarily with short-term projects, events, as well as supporting the team with recruitment and admission of international students for our English-language programmes, mainly from non-EU countries.

- Providing information and guidance around IBA’s various courses, intake requirements and application procedures.
- Guidance for potential students around visa regulations, entry and arrival, details about their stay in Denmark, etc.
- Answering questions from IBA’s overseas partner institutions, collaborating institutions and potential students.
- Coordination of international student intake.
- Carrying out intake interviews/English tests with international student applicants.
- Receiving overseas guests etc.
- Have a higher education to a minimum of BA level, in International Marketing, International Communication or International Relations.
- Have experience in the international academic sector, and possibly also with the recruitment and intake of international students.
- Have experience of taking part in education fairs/expos/conferences.
- Have a high-level command of English, both written and spoken. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Are results-oriented, capable of carrying out the work in a structured and self-sufficient manner.
- Are pleasant, communicative and service-minded.
- Can readily engage with new areas of work.
- Can work effectively in a sometimes-pressured environment.
- Enjoy working with very varied assignments.
- Have a good awareness and understanding of other cultures.
- Are flexible regarding travel and trips abroad.
The applicant must be prepared to undertake many days or periods of travel, including weekends and public holidays, and to take their main vacation period in August and/or December.
The position is maternity cover until 31 December 2025 with opportunity for extension. Salary and employment conditions will be set according to the relevant agreements between the regulating body for public sector employment (the Danish Ministry of Finance), and the relevant union or representative organization for employees within the sector.
