Head of HR & Operations

Bixter works with international recruitment, education, and workforce solutions across Europe. We are now looking for a Head of HR & Operations to take overall responsibility for our HR, recruitment, and operational processes.
Your role
You will become a central part of the management team and work closely with the CEO.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Leading and developing the HR, recruitment, and operations functions.
· Creating clear workflows, SOPs, roles, and areas of responsibility.
· Building KPIs, dashboards, and a strong performance culture.
· Optimising the recruitment process from screening to onboarding.
· Identifying bottlenecks, errors, and opportunities for automation.
· Ensuring high quality in candidate data, documentation, and processes.
· Developing the use of CRM, ATS, AI, and digital tools.
· Working with capacity planning, productivity, and resource utilisation.
· Developing and evaluating international partners.
· Ensuring that decisions are translated into concrete actions and measurable results.
We are looking for someone who
Has management-level experience within HR, recruitment, and/or operations.
You are:
· Highly structured and results-oriented.
· Strong in people management and performance management.
· Analytical and comfortable working with KPIs and data.
· Experienced in process optimisation and standardisation.
· Comfortable with digital systems, automation, and AI.
· Strong in stakeholder management and partnerships.
· Able to think strategically while also working hands-on.
· Fluent in professional English.
Experience from recruitment, staffing, workforce solutions, or international recruitment is a clear advantage.
