SALES COORDINATOR FOR OUR GERMANY AND UK MARKETS - BASED IN COPENHAGEN HQ
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving our sales success in Germany and the UK/Ireland markets? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at the Copenhagen HQ. In this position, you will be the linchpin between the Country Managers in Germany and the UK/Ireland and our internal departments, ensuring seamless coordination and effective support to achieve our sales goals.
Strategic Collaboration:
Support the Country Managers in building strong relationships with retail customers and external partners in Germany and the UK/Ireland.
Act as a proactive and constructive voice for the markets within HQ, enabling close collaboration with internal departments such as supply, marketing, financial accounting, and controlling.
Sales Operations:
Monitor, review, and update prices and conditions to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Generate comprehensive sales reports, product information, sales folders, and price lists for retail customers and business partners.
Manage and process orders for retail clients, providing proactive feedback and communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
Oversee 3PL stock in the UK, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
Monitor and update Uniconta with accurate stock information at the UK warehouse.
Place purchase orders to BIBS Production and manage the status of orders from approval to delivery.
Implement efficiency improvements for the Germany and Ireland markets to meet the SLA goal of 3-5 day order fulfillment.
Demand Planning:
Collaborate with clients in the markets to gather forecasts and ensure a rolling 3-month forecast for each market.
Engage in daily dialogue with our Country Managers in the UK and Germany to stay informed and aligned with market strategies.
Systems Proficiency:
Utilize ERP system Uniconta to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Language Skills:
Proficient in German and English at negotiation level.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales coordination and support functions.
Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Uniconta.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
