Trademark Textiles is a full-service textile manufacturer with HQ in Kolding, Southern Denmark approximately 50 minutes from the Danish/German border and with offices in the far east. We produce Private Label textiles and accessories for renowned brands. We are specialized in socks, T-shirts & underwear for all genders.
It is a position in our German team as a Senior Buyer of textiles where you will be responsible of procuring for selected customers and develop our supply chain. You will be involved in a wide range of activities across the company’s value chain and will work closely together with sales, design, and your local Far East colleagues daily. The position includes frequent traveling to the Far East, China, and Bangladesh, where you will visit and work with suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliveries. Traveling includes sourcing new suppliers and visiting the suppliers of our suppliers.

- Ensuring contractual security and risk management of the supply chain for selected customers.
- Independent implementation of international negotiations and troubleshooting.
- Managing suppliers and developing our supply chain in accordance with strategic goals from the team.
- Developing products from the first ideas to final products
- Coordinating production in all its aspects - negotiations, certifications, planning, quality assurance, shipping, invoicing.
- Participate in customer meetings and visiting fairs.
- Sourcing new primary suppliers as well as evaluation of Tier 2 suppliers.
- A relevant academic degree, Bachelor level or higher preferably in Business and/or Fashion.
- That you can communicate fluently in German, both written and oral and have a good level in English.
- Previous work experience (+3 years) within procurement, not limited to be within textiles.
- We see it as a positive addition to your qualifications if you have gained international experience during your past work, studies, or travels abroad.
- Good economic understanding, and a flair for numbers and calculations, and more than basic experience with Excel.
- It is expected that you travel 50 - 60 days per year.
- To be a team player and have the ability to work in a highly competitive industry.
Our international office located in Southern Denmark (Kolding) can offer you a young and flexible working environment. We support staying active with running days, volleyball after work or getting into the Christmas mood together with Danish traditions, like enjoying ‘æbleskiver’ (similar to Schmalzgebäck). Your time with us will start with an on-boarding program to make sure you get introduced to all aspects of your job and will be followed up by continuous sparring with your manager. The location of our office in Denmark makes it possible to live in the northern part of Germany and commute. If required, we can also help you in all practical aspects regarding re-location.
