Are you our new member of Administrative and HR team?

We are a thriving and ambitious company with a broad knowledge of international recruitment, seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Manager to handle an exciting and versatile position that embraces the entire spectrum of the HR processes.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment and Talent Management:

Undertake the administrative part of the recruitment processes, including managing incoming correspondence, matching candidates with open positions, conducting interviews, and communicating with applicants.

Conduct personality tests and other relevant assessments for candidates.

 

Databases Maintenance and Reporting:

Responsible for maintaining and updating databases related to HR and recruitment.

Prepare regular reports and analytics for management.

 

Compliance and Legislation:

Stay up to date with current and new legislation related to HR practices at our company.

 

Program Description Materials:

Prepare and update various program description materials for internal and external use.

 

Communication with International Partners:

Manage direct communication with our foreign partners and graduates, fostering strong working relationships.

 

Strategy Implementation and KPI Planning:

Assist in the implementation of HR strategies, especially in the context of international partnerships.

Plan and monitor monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to HR.

 

System Management:

Act as a super user of Microsoft Office, ensuring efficient utilization of relevant tools.

 

Customer Analysis and Ad Hoc Tasks:

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and handle data processing and reporting.

Manage communication with partners and handle various ad hoc tasks, including invoice approval.

 

Requirements:

Demonstrated strategical thinking and ability to approach tasks with attention to detail.

Strong experience in working with documents and databases.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with international partners.

Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in German will be considered an advantage.

Flexibility and openness to explore diverse tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Proactive and solution-oriented approach to tasks.
