With reference to our Head of Accounting & Controlling, you will be part of a well-functioning and competent team consisting of 6 controllers, which you will work closely with every day. In addition, you will be part of Business Support Finance, which, in addition to Controlling, includes Accounting, Payroll, IT, and Legal - a total of 27 employees.
Your responsibility
As a Financial Controller, you will focus on efficient and transparent reporting based on analysis. The responsibility includes the development of internal controlling procedures and reporting through digitalization. Engaging in the business and building a solid organizational network is important to be the proactive business partner we aim for. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to:
- Co-ordinate and execute the department's daily tasks in close collaboration with the team
- Participate in the monthly reporting. Secure that the controlling is carried out and that the numbers are valid
- Participate in digitalization of the Finance and Controlling tasks by using BI
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting
- Annual closing and reporting
- Participate in developing accounting manual for the Group
You are
Ambitious and motivated with a solid financial toolbox with an interest in digitalization and BI.
You hold an MSc in Economics and Business Administration or an MSc in Economics and Business Administration - Business Intelligence, or you are in your last year before graduating. You may also have an HD-R topped with a few years of relevant experience within this field. Your analytical skills are strong, and your working methods are structured. You are dedicated and ambitious, and you do not compromise when it comes to meeting deadlines and delivering a high level of standards. You are an experienced IT tool user (ERP systems, Excel, BI).
